Returns and Exchange

• Due to the nature of marble furniture, all sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be accepted.

• Exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects, reported within 48 hours of delivery.

• Minor variations in marble texture, color, or veining are natural and not considered defects.

• Not all pieces will be covered under exchange. If the piece can be rectified then the same would be done after the thorough inspection.

• Exchanges will be processed if the piece can’t be rectified, after inspection and approval, and

  the replacement item will be delivered as per availability.
