Terms and Conditions - Marble Furniture Purchase

Thank you for choosing Think To Design. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Order Confirmation

• Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment, as agreed upon.

• Any modifications to the order after confirmation may incur additional charges.

• Once an order is placed on any platform, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.

• Payment must be made via bank transfer, credit card, etc.

• Any additional charges, such as packing, assembly or delivery fees, will be communicated before order confirmation.

3. Care

• Our furniture is crafted with high-quality materials, but natural stone requires care.

• Avoid exposure to acidic substances, excessive moisture, or direct heat.

• Regular cleaning with a soft damp cloth is recommended.

• Re-seal the marble surface every 6-12 months, depending on usage, to maintain its protective layer.

4. Custom Orders

• Custom-made pieces require extended production time.

• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be modified.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate specifications for custom designs.

5. Liability

• The brand is not responsible for damages occurring after delivery and installation.

• Clients must inspect their furniture upon arrival and report any concerns immediately.

• The brand is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the product.

6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.
